The instructions and dates for claiming prizes and trophies corresponding to the top finishers in any of the awarded categories can be found in articles 5 and 6 of the race regulations. Detailed below:
Under 20 M / F: Born in 2008 and 2009 (of legal age on race day)
Under 23 M / F: Born from 2005 to 2007.
Senior M / F: Born from 2004 to M 35.
Master M 35 / F 35: From 35 to 39 years old
Master M 40 / F 40: From 40 to 44 years old
Master M 45 / F 45: From 45 to 49 years old
Master M 50 / F 50: From 50 to 54 years old
Master M 55 / F 55: From 55 to 59 years old
Master M 60 / F 60: From 60 to 64 years old
Master M 65 / F 65: From 65 to 69 years old
Master M 70 / F 70: 70 years old or older
Overall M / F: Includes all the above categories
Athlete with disability in Wheelchair M/ F
Athlete with Physical/Intellectual disability M/ F
Note: All indicated ages must be reached on race day.
To the top three in the overall men's, women's and wheelchair standings. Top three men and women in each category.
Accumulation of trophies. Overall classification trophies are not cumulative with those of the other individual categories.
2026 Seville Half Marathon prizes.
MEN (SUB-65:00).
RECORD Sebastián Kimaru (KEN) 59:02: €1,000*
If men record a time over 65 minutes, the cash prize will be reduced by half.
WOMEN (SUB-75:00) *
RECORD Zeineba Yimer Worku (ETHIOPIA) 1:06:33: €1,000*
If women record a time over 75 minutes, the cash prize will be reduced by half.
*The record prize will be awarded only to the winner (man and woman) and will be cumulative with the rest of the prizes.
Race record:
Current Men's: Sebastián Kimaru with 59:02
Current Women's: Zeineba Yimer Worku with 1:06:33
Cumulative with the overall prizes and only for the first-place finisher.
Expiration:
The delivery of trophies and gifts expires after 30 calendar days.
Prize Collection:
To collect prizes, the race bib and identification of the winner by means of a National Identity Document or similar official document will be required.
Regarding the popular race prizes for the remaining categories, the Organization informs that:
Once the official period of ten (10) business days from the holding of the race for the submission of incidents or claims that could modify the final classification has ended, athletes who are classified among the top three (3) in their category must expressly request their trophy according to the following procedure:
1. Classification verification
The interested party must verify their position in the official classification published on the event website: www.mediomaratondesevilla.es .
2. Formal request
An email must be sent to info@mediomaratondesevilla.es with the subject “Request my trophy”, indicating full name, category and position obtained.
3. Confirmation
The organization will verify the data and inform the interested party of the delivery procedure. Delivery method
The trophy delivery will be carried out according to the place of residence of the classified athlete:
• Residents in Seville and province: in-person collection at the place and within the period indicated by the organization. (They will have 30 days to collect it from the notification)
• Residents in mainland Spain (outside Seville): shipment through a courier service managed by the organization.
• Residents outside mainland Spain or abroad: the interested party must manage and assume the international courier service, once the availability of the trophy has been confirmed. Request period
The period to request the trophy will be from December 14, 2026 to January 14, 2027. Once said period has elapsed without an express request, it will be understood that the athlete waives the prize, and no subsequent claim may be made.
